February Brrrrrrr…………!!!!!!!!
February has lived up to it’s reputation as an unpredictable month. Often with the feeling that better weather is just round the corner, when you think that we will ease into spring it all goes horribly wrong. February might be the “tail end” of winter but when winter wags its tail be aware anything can happen and often does..!!
It’s not all bad though, the frosts and snow will provide valuable assistance to us with making seed beds, when the spring finally arrives. January and February is our office work and maintenance time. We have also been busy processing our goose and duck fat which we will be supplying to our customers throughout the year.
