Mustard Vinagrette
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 Shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Wine Vinegar
- 6 tbsp Munns Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Goes well on green salad or for dipping crusty bread.
